Shaft adapter B1520 1.5 mm -> 2.0 mm for coreless motors

Precisely machined steel hollow shaft used as a shaft adapter, suitable for all coreless motors with a 1.5-mm shaft as well as for gears and flywheels with a 2.0-mm bore. Ideal for converting and upgrading model railway locomotives and vehicles.

• Length: 40 mm
• ∅ outer: 2.0 mm (tolerance +0 mm, -0.03 mm)
• ∅ inner: 1.5 mm (tolerance +0.03 mm, -0 mm)

Thanks to the tight tolerances, the adapter fits without play on the motor shaft and ensures smooth, low-vibration running.

Handling notes:

• Never use side cutters or pliers to shorten the shaft adapter. We recommend shortening the hollow shaft with a fine metal saw (e.g. fret saw with diamond blade) or with a fine cutting disc.
• Carefully deburr the cut edge so that the hollow shaft can later be pushed on without problems.
• Secure all connection points to the coreless motor as well as to the flywheel and the gear with a fast-curing metal adhesive to reliably prevent twisting or slipping.
