4. Customer account

GATRA Modellbau Union supplies both consumers and resellers inside and outside the European Union. In order to display binding prices to you in the legally required form, it is necessary to create a customer account. Data processing also serves the purpose of simplifying the processing of your orders. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 letters a, b, c GDPR.

You can at any time view and update the data stored about you and delete your customer account completely in the "My account" area.

5. Orders

For the fulfilment and processing of your order we use exclusively the data stored in your customer account or data that you have provided to us in another way. Providing the data is required for the conclusion of the contract. If the data are not provided, no contract can be concluded. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR.

6. Newsletter, request to rate shop and products

We use your data independently of contract processing exclusively for our own advertising purposes. A newsletter is sent only if you have expressly agreed to this. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the corresponding link in the newsletter, via a setting in your customer account or by sending us a message in text form. Your email address will then no longer be used for advertising purposes. Messages in connection with orders and our statutory information obligations are not affected by this setting.

Furthermore, we use your data in order to ask you once, a few days after delivery of your order, to rate the processing of your order and the products received. Such ratings are in the interest of the general public, the use of email addresses for this purpose is permitted and does not constitute unfair competition within the meaning of § 7 UWG.
