Shipping Costs

We deliver our goods worldwide, excluding the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Syrian Arab Republic and the Republic of Yemen. From a deliver value of EUR 200, we ship free of charge within Germany. Below this, weight-dependent shipping costs from EUR 6.25 apply. The shipping costs are calculated in the order dialog. Due to the crisis, our system cannot calculate the shipping costs in the shopping cart for each country. If our system refuses to ship to your country, contact us and request a custom quote.

Differences between DHL Paket Standard and DHL Paket Premium

In principle, customers from foreign countries can choose between these shipping options, but both options are not offered for all countries. You can see in the shopping cart which option is available at what cost.

If you choose the DHL Paket Standard option, you will reduce the shipping costs. However, DHL or your national parcel service may not deliver to your door but will bring your parcel to the closest drop point. In addition, DHL uses cheaper transport routes to your country, which usually take more time.

Choose DHL Paket Premium if you want to receive your shipment faster and have your parcel delivered to your frontdoor.
