Shipping Costs

We ship our goods worldwide, with the exception of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Syrian Arab Republic and the Republic of Yemen. For orders of 200 EUR or more we ship free of charge within Germany. For lower order values, weight-based shipping costs from 6.92 EUR apply. The shipping costs are calculated in the order process. Due to current crises our system is not able to calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart for every country. If our system refuses shipping to your country, contact us and request an individual offer.

Difference between DHL Paket Standard and DHL Paket Premium

In principle, customers from abroad can choose between these shipping options, but not all options are available for all countries. In the shopping cart you can see which option is available at which cost.

If you choose DHL Paket Standard, you reduce the shipping costs. However, DHL or your national parcel service may not deliver directly to your doorstep, but may take your parcel to the nearest collection point. In addition, DHL uses cheaper transport routes on the way to your country, which usually take more time.

Choose DHL Paket Premium if you want to receive your shipment faster and have your parcel delivered to your doorstep.
