Delivery Times
Delivery times are mandatory information: online shops must state a delivery period before an order is placed. The following times are the expected delivery times for shipment with DHL Paket.
When does the delivery time start? Private customers at GATRA pay immediately before dispatch. The times below therefore apply from receipt of payment. We then usually prepare the parcel and hand it over to DHL within 1–3 working days; DHL then carries out the transport.
For purchases on invoice, the times apply from release for dispatch. You will find details on the pages Payment Methods and Shipping Costs.

Please note: if a product page shows a longer availability or delivery time, that information also applies. If you order several items, we usually ship them together; the item with the longest delivery time is then decisive.

Private customers pay immediately before the goods are dispatched.
Business customers, clubs, authorities pay by invoice (creditworthiness required).
