Delivery Times

The delivery period for orders paid in advance begins on the day after you instruct your bank to make the transfer. For all other methods of payment it begins on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

The delivery time within Germany is: 3–7 working days.

The delivery time within the European Union (destinations on the European continent) is: 5–10 working days.

We will only ask you to make payment once all items you have ordered are in stock. Please note the availability indicator ("traffic light") on the respective product page.

Items that are not in stock are ordered directly from the manufacturers. We have no influence over their delivery times. Production times at GATRA Modellbau Union range from 3 to 60 working days, depending on the quantity ordered and the size of the models.
