You can use this page to send us a clear declaration that you wish to withdraw from a contract for an order.

Details Needed for Your Withdrawal

To allow us to assign and process your withdrawal reliably, the declaration should include the following details:

• your name and address,
• the eMail address used for the order, if possible,
• the order number,
• the goods concerned and the relevant quantities,
• the order date and, if different, the delivery or receipt date,
• whether you wish to withdraw from the full order or only from individual items,
• the date of the declaration; in the online form this is recorded when you submit it.

No reason is required for the withdrawal. A signature is only required if you send a declaration on paper. You may use this online form or send us another clear declaration, for example by letter or eMail.
