This handcrafted beech tree in early autumn brings warm yellow and orange tones to your model landscape while still retaining a good portion of late-summer green. The densely built, single-trunk crown reaches almost to the ground and recalls a stately park or forest beech shortly before full autumn colour. Place this model tree as a solitary feature, in small groups or combine it with birches and oaks to recreate typical Central European mixed deciduous forests at the start of the autumn season on your layout.
The European beech (Fagus sylvatica), which serves as the prototype for this model and is commonly referred to simply as beech, is the only beech species native to Europe and shapes large parts of Central European woodland. In nature it reaches heights of around 30 to 45 metres depending on site conditions and competition within the stand. Choose the model size that matches your scale, or follow our recommendation based on your model railway gauge, and you will receive an exclusive model tree that blends harmoniously into your model landscape.
