This handcrafted weeping willow in early autumn brings the characteristic long, drooping branches and foliage that is just beginning to change colour to your model landscape. The crown still appears dense and lush, but individual leaves already show warm yellow and light brown tones. This softly flowing, slightly lighter canopy makes the tree ideal as an atmospheric eye-catcher on river banks, in parks or as a striking solitary tree on your layout in the transition from summer to autumn.
The prototype for this model is the weeping willow (Salix × sepulcralis), which is widespread worldwide and usually grows close to water. In nature it reaches heights of about 10 to 22 metres. Choose the model size that matches your scale, or follow our recommendation based on your model railway gauge, and you will receive an exclusive model tree that blends harmoniously into your landscape.
