This handcrafted lilac shrub/tree with dense foliage and blue flowering panicles brings a fresh touch of spring to your model landscape. The finely detailed crown looks as if it has just come into bloom and is ideal as a solitary plant in front gardens, in small groups in parks and gardens or as an eye-catcher along the railway line.
Common lilac (Syringa vulgaris), which served as the prototype for this model, was originally distributed in Asia and has been cultivated in European gardens since the 16th century. Today it is mainly found in gardens and parks, but also along railway embankments, in light woodland and below rocky slopes. In nature it reaches a height of about 2 to 4 metres. Choose the model size that matches your scale, or follow our recommendation based on your model railway gauge, and you will receive an exclusive model tree. The natural flowering period is from April to May; for this reason we offer this item only in the spring season variant.
