Static grass fibres are ideal for realistic grass surfaces on model railways, dioramas and scenic layouts. Different fibre lengths and colours allow you to create anything from short trimmed areas to wild growth and natural embankments.
The range can be used for meadows, path edges, trackside scenery, embankments, fields, park areas and many other landscape details. Mixing similar shades and combining different fibre lengths creates especially natural transitions and more depth.
Depending on the desired effect, static grass can be applied in one or more layers. Fine combinations of colour and fibre length help adapt the scenery to scale, season and scene type.
Application tip: Apply the fibres to a prepared surface with suitable glue using a grass applicator / electrostatic applicator. After drying, remove excess fibres and reuse them.
Scenery tip: Matching pigment powder can be used for additional colour nuances, ageing effects or dry soil accents in the surrounding terrain.
