The birch foliage mat from miniNatur^® is a realistic material for greening self-built model trees in H0 scale 1:87. A lively mix of soft remaining greens and light lemon to golden yellows reproduces the bright early autumn crowns of slender birch trees and is ideal for village scenes, small town streets, forest edges and riverbanks.

At the 1:87 scale, individual birch leaves can no longer be reproduced. The delicate, fine foliage structure is tuned so that, when applied loosely to branch armatures, it suggests airy, slightly translucent crowns through which the characteristic white trunks and dark branches remain visible. Depending on the application density, you can create isolated birches as eye-catching feature trees, small groups in clearings or entire birch stands that lighten dark coniferous backgrounds.
