Products description
Model railway ballast made of natural stone (Spilite gray-brown) with a grain size of 0.44-0.63 mm, suitable for TT gauge track layouts. The natural structure and color appearance create a realistic track bed on layouts, dioramas and station areas.
The ballast is suitable for main lines, branch lines, sidings and shunting areas. The mineral grain produces a much more natural look than purely artificial-looking materials.
Supplied in a bag containing 200 g. Additional grain sizes for other gauges are available in the range.
Processing tip:
After completing the track layout, spread the ballast evenly into the track bed and shape it with a brush. Then fix it with a suitable ballast adhesive and allow it to dry completely.
For a clean result, we recommend a ballast adhesive that dries transparent so the natural color appearance of the material is preserved.
Tip: Small color variations can be mixed intentionally during application to create a particularly realistic ballast appearance.
