Handmade Oaks by GATRA Modellbau Union in 4 Seasons

The English or common oak (Quercus robur), also known as the summer oak or the German oak, is the most common oak species in Europe and is only missing in some regions in the extreme north or in hot mediterranean regions and in heights above 1000 meters. In nature it reaches a height of 20 to 40 meters. In our shop you will find single-trunk oaks in the spring, summer, early autumn and late autumn seasons and in the nominal sizes N, TT, H0, 0, 1 and 2.

We handcraft the models of our oaks from durable materials in our own workshop. For foliage we use the material from miniNatur®, which in our experience comes closest to nature in terms of color and shape. We always strive to give the model trees a natural look and to produce each piece as a unique specimen, as if it had grown in nature.
