Handmade Firs by GATRA Modellbau Union Non-Seasonal

The Silver fir (Abies alba), is predominantly distributed in the middle mountains and subalpine regions of Central and Southern Europe. Depending on the climate impact, it can occur in heights of 800 meters to 2900 meters. In nature it reaches a height of 30 to 50 meters. Our fir trees are available as non-seasonal models in two variants, each in the nominal sizes N, TT, H0, 0, 1 and 2.

We handcraft the models of our firs from durable materials in our own workshop. For needling we use the material from miniNatur®, which in our experience comes closest to nature in terms of color and shape. We always strive to give the model trees a natural look and to produce each piece as a unique specimen, as if it had grown in nature.
