This handcrafted evergreen spruce brings deep, rich green needle foliage to your model landscape throughout the year. The slim trunk is covered with branches almost down to the ground, giving the tree a characteristic dense, conical silhouette. Use this model tree as a striking solitaire, at the edge of a forest or in groups to create an eye-catching focal point on your layout.
The Norway spruce (Picea abies), which serves as the prototype for this model, is one of the most widespread conifers in Europe and extends far into continental Asia. It occurs from lowlands up to about 2 000 metres above sea level under favourable conditions. In nature it can reach heights of around 40 metres, but in exposed high-altitude locations it remains much smaller. Choose the size that matches your modelling scale or follow our recommendation for your model railway gauge and you will receive an exclusive model tree that blends harmoniously into your layout.
