The metal worm gear W0.3-3.5-5 is designed for fine-pitch drives with 1.5 mm shafts in model railway applications. It transmits the motor torque reliably to the mating gear and is suitable for repairs, conversions and new builds of locomotives and vehicles.

The precision-machined bore allows a play-free fit on shafts with 1.5 mm diameter. The compact outer diameter of 3.5 mm and the length of 5.0 mm make the worm gear suitable for gearboxes with limited installation space.

Handling notes:
- Always push the worm gear straight onto the shaft without excessive force to avoid damaging the bore.
- Deburr the shaft ends slightly if necessary so the worm can be pushed on cleanly.
- Align the worm carefully to achieve the lowest possible runout.
- Secure the connection to the shaft with a fast-curing metal adhesive to reliably prevent twisting or slipping.
