The brass pinion G0.5-6-2-10T is designed for model railway drives with 2.5 mm shafts. The 10-tooth gear transmits the motor torque reliably to the mating gear and is suitable for repairs, conversions and custom drives for locomotives and vehicles. It is also suitable for wheelsets and drives from Lima, Rivarossi, Electrotren and Jouef, as well as many other models (depending on the model).

Handling notes:

• Always push the pinion straight onto the shaft without excessive force to avoid damaging the bore.
• Deburr the shaft ends slightly if necessary so the pinion can be pushed on cleanly.
• Align the pinion carefully to achieve the lowest possible runout.
• If necessary, secure the connection to the shaft with a fast-curing metal adhesive to reliably prevent twisting or slipping.
